Dimples Romana, 37, has recently stirred buzz on social media after she gave a virtual "ninang award" to one of her good friends in the showbiz industry, Julia Montes.
On her Instagram account, @dimplesromana, KAMI learned that the 37-year-old actress uploaded a throwback photo of Julia together with her son, Alonzo.
In the picture, Julia could be seen smiling as she talked animatedly with Alonzo, warming the hearts of netizens as well.

In her post, Dimples simply captioned the photo about Julia receiving the "ninang award" which amused some netizens.

"Ninang award goes to my baby @montesjulia08 here with baby Alonzo!" Dimples wrote, including heart emoticons in her caption.
It is worth noting that Dimples and Julia's friendship go all the way back when they first worked together in the remake of the drama series, Mara Clara.
Needless to say, the two have remained good friends alongside Kathryn Bernardo who also worked with them in the series.
