RR Enriquez recently came to Toni Gonzaga’s defense after Dawn Chang expressed disappointment in the 38-year-old actress and TV host.

In a social media post, Dawn took a swipe at Toni for supporting politicians accused of doing political misdeeds in the past and bets who denied the franchise renewal of their home network, ABS-CBN.
At one point in her lengthy post, the former Pinoy Big Brother housemate penned, “As a former PBB housemate, alam kong magtatampo nyan si Kuya.”

After her post became trending, RR took to her Instagram page to question Dawn’s stances.
“I just believed that Toni stood up to what she believes in,” RR penned.
“So if Dawn Chang say’s she will forever cherish standing up to what she believes in… My question is…… So ikaw pwede mag make stand?! Si Toni hindi???? So yung paniniwala mo lang ang importante??? Yung paniniwala ni Toni hindi,” she added.

Toni Gonzaga is a famous actress, television host, and YouTube star in the Philippines. She married director Paul Soriano on June 12, 2015 in Taytay, Rizal. Toni then gave birth to their first child, Severiano Elliott, on September 30, 2016. At their wedding, one of their godfathers is former senator Bongbong Marcos.
Direk Erik Matti also aired dismay towards Toni in a now-viral post. He took a swipe on the actress and TV host, who became trending for hosting the proclamation rally of Bongbong Marcos and Mayor Sara Duterte. The renowned director’s fiery post also gained comments from some celebrities. DJ Chacha penned “Very well said” while John Arcilla reacted “Salute Erik!”
Furthermore, Toni announced that she is stepping down as the main host of “Pinoy Big Brother.” In her latest post, Toni officially bid farewell to the reality show and said she will leave the rest to Bianca Gonzalez and the other hosts. Following her announcement, PBB management released a statement on Toni’s departure. The management expressed respect and gratitude towards the 38-year-old actress and TV host.
