According to Joshua, he was interested to do the Ginseng Strip TikTok challenge because he observed that a lot of people were trying it.

He further explained that the aforementioned dance challenge was not created by him.

The Kapamilya actor also stated how happy he was to see lots of women convincing their boyfriends to imitate his video.

"Actually nung siguro sobrang fresh pa nung pag-upload ko nung video, sobrang gulat na gulat ako. Tapos tawang-tawa ako sa mga tao kapag pinapagawa nila sa mga boyfriend nila. Tawang-tawa ako kapag pinagtitripan nila 'yung video ko," he added.

Furthermore, Joshua stated that he was surprised when his video went viral not only in the country but also abroad.

"Nagulat ako na ginagawa siya ng mga taga-ibang bansa, mga K-pop idols. Nagulat ako nang ginawa nila 'yon, so parang 'yon pa lang feeling ko sarap sa pakiramdam, kasi siyempre nakikita nila ang video ko umaabot sa ibang lugar, 'di ba," he said.

Joshua Garcia is an actor, dancer, and commercial model from the Philippines. He began his acting career in 2015 after appearing as a housemate on the reality show Pinoy Big Brother: All In. He rose to fame after starring in the top-grossing film of the 2016 Metro Manila Film Festival, Vince and Kath and James.

In a previous report by KAMI, Ria Atayde and Joshua Garcia created a huge buzz on Facebook because of the latter's poser. People assumed they were dating after a FB page with Joshua's name shared a photo of the two of them and captioned it with a sweet statement. Joshua also recently stated that he does not own the page, and tagged Ria in his post. Ria then reposted the actor's IG post and expressed her reaction to the misleading post.

Earlier, Joshua took to Twitter to express his gratitude for the massive views his first TikTok video earned. He even shared a screenshot of it, revealing that it had over 99 million views. Furthermore, other internet users responded to his post by telling him that his video had received over 100 million views. His other videos, in addition to his first upload on the said video-sharing app, have received millions of views as well.
