KAMI learned that the intimate wedding took place at the St. James the Great Parish in Alabang on Monday, January 24.

Aside from family, relatives and friends, Champ and Claire’s son Caden, who was born in October 2019, was also present at the special event.

Champ Lui Pio is the vocalist of the famous local rock band called Hale. Some of their biggest hits include “The Day You Said Goodnight,” “Kung Wala Ka,” “Waltz,” and “Bahay Kubo.” His real name is Arthur Bernard Dolino Lui Pio, and he was born on February 8, 1982. He is now married to a non-showbiz girl named Claire Nery.
In a past report by KAMI, Champ went viral after announcing that he was going to be a dad. His partner Claire had a maternity shoot in Siargao and her pictures wowed netizens. “It’s a Haleboy,” Champ wrote on social media.
In October 2019, Champ also made headlines as his partner Claire gave birth to their first child. The music artist excitedly shared the good news through his social media post. He thanked his partner named Claire Nery for enduring the pain of labor and he also stated that the date when his first baby was born is also the best day of his life.
