Maxene Magalona, 35, has been praised by netizens on social media for her latest online post on Instagram wherein she reflected on love and marriage.

On Friday, January 7, KAMI learned that Maxene talked about the topic of marriage and love through her character, Audrey, in the series, Viral Scandal.

In her viral post, Maxene began with a quote, "Marriage is less about perfection and more about perseverance."

According to Maxene, the kind of love that her character and Jake Cuenca's character have is hard to understand.

"The kind of love that Troy and Audrey have for each other is something that not a lot of people will understand. They are there for each other and try their hardest to make their marriage work especially for the sake of their daughter Raven."

Halfway through her post, Maxene emphasized that "forcing is never the answer" and that love has to "naturally flow" between husband and wife.

"But just like everything else in life, forcing is never the answer. The energy of love has to naturally flow between a husband and wife. And when one of them suddenly starts breaking because of too much force, pain and heartache are inevitable."

Maxene Magalona is an actress and social media star in the Philippines. Her father is the late rap legend, Francis Magalona. The actress revealed in May 2020 that she has been seeing a psychiatrist due to her mental illness.

In her viral 'Toni Talks' interview, Maxene once recalled an incident where she had to go to the station to pick her bag up after getting drunk. On Instagram, the 35-year-old actress was lauded for her 'come full circle' moment when she visited the station.
