Karla Estrada, 47, could not help but shed tears as she recalled the story about her son, Daniel Padilla during the time their electricity was suddenly cut off.

On Sunday, December 12, KAMI learned that Karla was interviewed by Toni Gonzaga for her YouTube channel.

During the interview, the one and only 'Queen Mother' of Daniel talked about the hardships she and her family faced back then.

"Hindi naman magiging masarap yun kung ganun kadali yun eh so ginapang talaga. I was really tested, hindi lang yung sa panganganak, pati yun sa pang-araw-araw. San ka kukuha?" she said.

This prompted Toni to ask 'Momshie' Karla about the story where their electricity had been cut off and she had to fan her children.

According to Karla, after her turn, she woke up her panganay, Daniel to fan for awhile. When he was done with his turn, Karla wept upon hearing him sob.

"Pagkatas niya magpaypay, tumalikod, gumanun na siya pero narinig kong humikbi," she said as she teared up.

Toni then asked if she ever asked Daniel why he cried that time to which Karla said no, stating that up to this day she does not know the reason behind it.

"Hanggang ngayon di ko naman alam kung bakit kasi ayokong tinatanong yung anak ko ng ikalulungkot niya. Parang gusto ko lang matatag siya kasi kuya siya. Hindi ko pinansin pero narinig ko. Humikbi lang siya, ako ngumangawa."
