Ogie Diaz has finally replied to Kuya Kim Atienza's recent tweet, which is dedicated to him.

It all started when Ogie talked about Kuya Kim's viral tweets on his YouTube show, Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update.

He then mentioned a netizen's remark urging Kuya Kim to just help his dad, Lito Atienza, in his vice presidential candidacy.

Moreover, the now-Kapuso TV host made it clear on Twitter that he is not allowed to do so because he follows GMA-7's policy of not engaging in any political activity.

" Ogs, Kahit gusto kong tulungan ang Dad ko at kahit sinong kandidatong gusto ko, binabawal ng @gmanews ang any political activity such as campaigning lalo na sa kamag anak. Be well dear @ogiediaz," he then wrote.

Ogie also took to Twitter to explain his side of the story. He further stated that he only verbalized the netizen's comment.

"Sabi yan ng isang netizen, kuya kim. I just verbalized it. I know sa news talaga, bawal ang kampanya. Ingat ka din," he wrote.

Kuya Kim Atienza is the son of Lito Atienza, a well-known politician. He is famous for his broad knowledge and love for animals. He worked as a politician from 1995 till 2004. He became the weather anchor of ABS-CBN newscast, TV Patrol, and also hosted the educational show Matanglawin on the same network.
