There were instances in this series that Julie would ponder her past, where she would reminisce on her past relationships, where most of them, according to the singer-actress, failed.

In one scene where she talked about her past to Rayver Cruz, she said that she has kept her feelings inside her so she would be the only one to feel pain.

“Kaya ko siya hinahayaan, kasi ayokong makasakit ng tao. Ayoko nang ma-feel nila yung napi-feel ko. Hirap. Mahirap siya,” Julie Anne said according to a report by Bandera.Inquirer.

The singer-actress also said that though it’s difficult to move on, one has no choice but to do it.

She also lamented that most of her relationships have failed and that she didn’t deserve the pain.

Julie Anne then pondered on her failed relationships and wondered what is it that she lacked.

“Tapos iniisip ko, kanino ba yung mali? Ako ba yung nagkulang? Saan ba ako nagkulang? Saan ba ako nagkamali? Bakit nangyari sa akin ito?” Julie Anne said as quoted by the Bandera.Inquirer news report.

The singer-actress also told Rayver that people think she’s okay but she’s not.

“Akala ng mga tao, okay ako pero hindi. And it has to happen so so many times,” Julie Anne revealed, as quoted by Bandera.Inquirer.

However, she said in a later report by The Philippine Star that going through this is an important part of the healing process.

"Taking a breath is always the first step. And then, we pause. After that, medyo nasa mas mahirap na part, like we face our challenges, we confront them and that’s how we heal," the singer-actress said.

Aside from praising the docu-concert’s storyline and songs, fans went kilig over the pairing of Julie Anne and Rayver.
