Previously, KAMI learned that the two made headlines when they posted similar photos from what seemed to be a romantic dinner date.

It is worth noting that the actress recently celebrated her birthday on Saturday, November 20, the same day they posted the dinner photos.

While the two have yet to deny or confirm their relationship, netizens could not help but wonder if the two are already together.

Previously, Paolo made headlines when he admitted that Yen went with him to Baguio but that she went “as a friend.”

As reported earlier by KAMI, Yen Santos is making the rounds on social media anew due to her new online post. In an Instagram story on Friday, Yen shared a photo of a beautiful bouquet of tulips she just received. The lovely bouquet was sent to the female celebrity a day before her 29th birthday.
