Kris Aquino’s fiancé, Mel Senen Sarmiento, has declared his relationship with the Queen of All Media is for keeps.

The former DILG Secretary and congressman made this declaration after some online bashers claim their romance would just fizzle out soon and they would part ways.
Like what most boyfriends would do, Mel came to Kris’ defense and took up the cudgels for her.
“Yung paghihiwalay is not going to happen,” the former government official said, putting an end to the speculations.

He also called to memory the interview he had with Bimby, the son of Kris Aquino, where Mel bared his intention and plans.
“I said in Bimb's interview, I will spend the rest of my life with her,” Mel said.
The former DILG secretary also said that he will be the future husband of Kris Aquino.
Kris and Mel shocked the showbiz industry when they went public with their relationship and announced they are already engaged.
The Queen of All Media also said she’s looking forward to becoming “Mrs. Sarmiento.”
The two have yet to announce their wedding date.
Kristina Bernadette Cojuangco Aquino, better known as Kris Aquino, is a Pinay actress, TV host, producer, endorser, and businesswoman. She was born on Feruary 14, 1971 to former Senator Benigno S. Aquino, Jr. and former President Corazon “Cory” C. Aquino. Kris is the younger sister of former President Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III. Kris was thrust into the limelight when her father, former Sen. Aquino, was assassinated in broad daylight. Instead of taking the political path, however, Kris joined the showbiz industry and made her debut in the movie Pido Dida: Sabay Tayo. She is also famous for her roles in several horror films like Feng Shui and Sukob, the highest-grossing Pinoy film in 2006.
The actress recently stirred buzz on social media after reacting to Lolit Solis’ post about her and Mel Sarmiento. On Instagram, Lolit previously penned her honest opinion over Kris and Mel’s fast-food date. According to Lolit, “Hindi put on ang pagiging sweet and clingy kay papa Senen.” However, this prompted Kris to correct Lolit and to also react to the latter’s “clingy” comment about her.
Previously, Nay Lolit posted about Kris Aquino having a date with her fiancé Mel Sarmiento at a McDonald’s branch. The couple went viral after deciding to dine at the said fast-food restaurant after attending a wedding. The showbiz writer speculated that Kris and Mel might have gotten mobbed by fans during their date. Lolit believes that Mel will not be bothered by fans approaching Kris because he is aware of his fiancée’s celebrity status.
