James Yap is one of the most famous professional basketball players in the Philippines. He currently plays for the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). The cager is in a relationship with Michela Cazzola and they have two children Michael James and Francesca.
He also has a son named Bimby with his ex-wife, Kris Aquino. Kris has accused James of being a neglectful father to their child. On the other hand, James has refused to engage in a word war with Kris and has expressed that he loves and misses his son Bimby.
