Megastar Sharon Cuneta recently expressed on social media what she felt about her encounter with bashers.

Recently, Mega became a target for more bashers after she expressed her support for VP Leni Robredo and her husband, Sen. Kiko Pangilinan.

In an IG post, Shawie indicated that bashers could treat anyone however they want but when someone treats them the same way, they get offended.

“Apparently, when you treat people the same way they treat you they get offended,” the post of Mega read.

She also poured out her feelings in the comment section, lamenting about the fact that bashers get angry if she answer issues they hurl at her.

“Pag sumagot ka sa bashers, galit sila,” Mega wrote.

She pointed out that this is even if she is merely stating facts.

“Kahit di ikaw ang nag-umpisa at nagrereact, nagsasabi lang ng facts,” the actress wrote further.

Mega then said bashers have gone over the top in terms of rudeness.

“…Pinapakita nila ang 2016 pa nating alam: sumobra na ang pambabastos sa kapwa,” Sharon said.

Many of her followers reacted positively to her statement, with many of them expressing support to her and telling her to just ignore the bashers.

Sharon Cuneta created some buzz online after criticizing the current administration. A netizen asked Sharon if Vice President Leni Robredo and the senators are also included in her criticisms of the “present administration.” The actress replied that she was just referring to President Rodrigo Duterte and the politicians under him. Sharon added that the President is allegedly not listening to the senators when they try to correct his administration.

She also took to Instagram and shared her honest thoughts on the current political landscape of the country. She said that she posted LeniKiko2022 cartoons on her page and that prior to posting, she was already expecting many trolls and haters. The singer and actress then said that now, the rude behavior of many Filipinos has surfaced and she said that it's sad that "this is what this present administration has created and instilled." Megastar then looked back and said that before, people used to respect each other's beliefs and opinions and what must be erased is that culture of disrespect.
