Comedian Atak Araña joined the Philippine entertainment industry in mourning the death of fellow comedian Michelle O’Bombshell, known offstage as Roderic Cuntapay, whose passing was confirmed on April 6.

Atak took to Facebook to honor Michelle, sharing a heartfelt tribute:
“Sobra akung believe sayo Ador a.k.a Michelle O'Bombshell mula 1999 na kilala kita. Sa husay at galing mo sa stage at sa bilis ng utak mo marami kaming humahanga sayo the.”
Atak revealed that they had been in contact just days before the passing, recalling their last conversation, though a cryptic message from Michelle left him concerned.

“Noong isang araw ka chat pa kita pero nagtaka ako sa sinabi mong 2% nalang ang lakas mo?” he shared, expressing confusion over the remark.
The comedian admitted he initially struggled to process the news when it broke:
“Nagbibiroan pa tayo. Tapus kagabi wala kana daw hindi pa ako naniwala kasi baka hindi totoo na wala kana.”
“Ikaw ang nag iisang FIRST LADY namin sa Clowns Republik Comedy family,” Atak continued, referring to Michelle as the “First Lady” of their comedy circle.
He concluded his initial post with a final prayer for his friend's soul: “Magpahinga kana teh, you will be missed. Rest in Peace with the Lord Jesus Christ. Paalam Ador.”
On Wednesday, April 8, Atak visited the wake to pay his final respects and later shared photos from the service with his followers.
