The first trailer for Forgotten Island introduces audiences to a vibrant story set in the 1990s, following best friends Jo and Raissa—voiced by H.E.R. and Liza—whose final night together before going their separate ways turns into an extraordinary adventure through a magical portal. The portal leads them into a fantastical world inspired by Filipino folklore, populated with mystical creatures, witches, shapeshifters, and legendary beings. As they navigate these lands, their friendship is tested, and they must find a way home while facing both allies and adversaries.

On Thursday, March 26, Liza shared her excitement on Instagram, posting several photos with her co-stars. “Cheeky little appreciation post for @forgottenislandmovie, I have so much love for the whole team behind this project,” she wrote. “I’m so so so honored and proud to be a part of such an amazing film that showcases Filipino culture and talent!! Did everyone like the trailer?”
