The doctor added that the public perception of a dramatic change in Kylie’s appearance may be due to her significant weight loss over the years. According to Aguilar-Teo, facial proportions can appear different when a person loses weight, which may lead people to assume that surgical changes were made.

Kylie’s candid conversation was welcomed by many fans, who appreciated the transparency about cosmetic treatments and the distinction between surgical and non-surgical enhancements.
