I can’t help but ponder what it must be like up in heaven? If today, the angels celebrate him too, I hope they let him have a glass of wine 🥹 I know somewhere amongst the clouds and stars is where he sits and that’s where I’ll raise my glass to,” she wrote.

Anne has been open about the pain of losing her father, often highlighting the strong influence he had on her life and the close bond they shared. Her birthday tribute not only honored his memory but also reflected how his presence continues to be felt by the family even after his passing.

The post comes only a month after Anne announced the unexpected yet peaceful death of their father, whom she described as the pillar of their family.

Last month, Anne posted:

“It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected yet peaceful passing of our father, James E. Curtis-Smith. A true patriarch in every sense, he shaped us with strength, resilience, and a wit that will forever echo in our family. He was deeply loved, endlessly admired, and will live on in our hearts always. We will miss him dearly,” Anne previously shared.

Anne Curtis entered the entertainment industry in the mid-1990s and went on to become one of the most prominent and bankable stars in the country. She has headlined major box-office movies, starred in top-rating television dramas, co-hosted It’s Showtime, and explored ventures in music, fashion, and entrepreneurship. Her natural charm and sincerity helped her build a strong and devoted fan base. In 2017, she married Erwan Heussaff, and in 2020 they welcomed their daughter Dahlia Amélie while she continued to balance motherhood and her career.

Anne immediately reacted in the comments with excitement and affection, showing her support for their child’s new milestone. The moment also prompted the actress to look back on her own musical journey and her desire to nurture their daughter’s dreams.

In another development, Jasmine Curtis-Smith became emotional as she spoke about the grief she continues to feel following their father’s death. In a report on 24 Oras by Nelson Canlas, she admitted that the loss still affects her deeply, particularly during moments when she feels far from her family.
