Lian Paz explains her ministry, addresses doubts about her intentions

Lian Paz recently shared a heartfelt message on social media about generosity as she continues raising funds for the women’s ministry she leads in her community.

She said generosity is not only about money but also about giving time, energy, and effort, and she reflected on how her own experiences have taught her to appreciate people who give even when life is difficult for them. Lian also talked about how some people question her intentions, but she said she chooses to stay humble and trust that God sees the truth behind every act of giving.

“You do not have to be rich to be generous and Being generous doesn’t only mean “money”. There is a lot of ways to be generous, to refresh others through giving your time, energy, effort. But generally speaking, If we hear the word generous, It always ring giving financially and before, those who asks for solicitation, sponsorships, I see to it that I give because of how they are taking time and efforts to go to somebody and ask. sometimes I ask myself what keeps them going? until it happened to me too.

More often, People who ask for solicitations and sponsorships do it for the love of giving. Not to themselves but for others. But I am not taking the fact away that there may be some people that takes advantage of people’s kindness and keep it to themselves. But Here’s my take,

Whatever the person’s intention is, They can lie to you, to themselves but they can’t ever lie to God. One who sees every detail, Is the Lord above.

Why am i sharing this? I am just amazed by the people who share their blessings even when life itself is tough for them. In my experience, starting my ministry for women in our community, Most of the time, those who have a lot tends to question your motive, even judges you instantly for why you are doing that. They are even saying and thinking I am rich or my husband is rich, Why do i need to ask??? Do they think I put their money in my pocket ??? , That’s so sad , so yeah, Why do i do it???

Simply because I am not prideful. I know I cannot do it alone. If it is for the work of the lord, I would love to see people who supports, Not because they see me, but because they know, these efforts will multiply God’s work! That’s what it is all about.

am in awe to realize that most of the time, I receive from people who don’t have much. I receive from christians who trust that every work for the lord will never be in vain.

So i take this opportunity, To thank the people who extends their kindness to the people under my care. Thank you for believing in what God can do for the women I have with me. for my Moms in Christ, Women under Grace, and I know there’s more to come to advance God’s kingdom.

Lian Paz is a former actress and dancer who first became known as part of the EB Babes, a dance group that appeared on TV, in movies, and in music videos. She also tried acting and took on supporting roles in different shows and films before eventually leaving showbiz to focus on her family and personal life. Many people came to know her as the former wife of Paolo Contis, and together they have two daughters, Xonia and Xalene.

After their separation, Lian found happiness again with John Cabahug, and the two finally got married, with John sharing their wedding photos online and fans sending their warm congratulations.

Earlier, Lian later posted sweet messages for her daughters, thanking Xonia for bravely hosting the wedding even though it was outside her comfort zone, and appreciating Xalene for helping with the preparations. She expressed how proud she is of both girls—their kindness, faith, and willingness to help—saying she feels very blessed as their mother.
