Television host Kuya Kim Atienza has returned to work and took a moment to express his heartfelt thanks to everyone who showed love and support to his family following the passing of his daughter, Emman Atienza.

In a post shared on Instagram, Kuya Kim uploaded a video of himself during an episode of TiktoClock with the text on-screen that read, “Back to work today. Salamat sa pagmamahal kay Emman.” In the clip, he expressed gratitude for the outpouring of messages and condolences that his family received during their time of grief.
In the caption, he wrote, “Life will never be the same but it goes on. Back to work today. Thank you to everyone for loving Emman and my family. We love you all from the bottom of our hearts.”
He also shared a Bible verse from Psalm 34 that reflected his faith and gratitude amid the difficult time: “I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.”

He also became widely recognized as the resident weather presenter of TV Patrol, where his informative yet friendly delivery made him a household name. Aside from weather and science segments, Kuya Kim has hosted and appeared in numerous TV shows, showcasing his versatility and charisma. In 2021, he transferred to GMA Network, where he continues to host lifestyle and informative programs such as Dapat Alam Mo! and appear on 24 Oras as one of the show's segment hosts.
