Recently, we’ve seen heartbreaking news highlighting the struggles of mental health among young people, often due to the hurtful actions of cyberbullies. These individuals maliciously post degrading comments, feeding a toxic culture that breeds pain and self-doubt.

Let’s be clear: cyberbullies are a virus in our society. While I personally choose not to let hurtful comments affect me, I know that many are deeply impacted. It’s crucial to recognize that those who hide behind screens and post without showing their true selves are simply cowards.

To all the youth out there feeling the weight of today’s unrealistic standards: remember, there is NO one like you. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Your worth is not defined by talent or beauty, but in who you are in Christ. You are a beautiful creation!

Donita Rose is a former actress who was also a prominent MTV VJ. Joshua Paul is the name of Donita's son with her ex-husband. Donita has moved on from her marriage and is now married to Felson Palad. She is the eldest daughter to an American father, William Kent Cavett, and a Filipino mother, Evelyn Ramos, who is from Pangasinan. Donita Rose and her husband Felson Palad appeared on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda where they discussed their relationship. The former MTV VJ admitted being ten years older than Felson was a concern at first but she realized love mattered more than age.
