In his post, the comedian and talent manager appealed to rally participants to focus on the fight against corruption rather than demanding the removal of President Bongbong Marcos.

“Wag n’yo nang hilinging patalsikin ang Pangulo bukas sa rally. Hilingin na lamang na samahan niya tayo sa pakikipaglaban sa korapsyon. Di ba mas maganda yon?” Ogie wrote on a plain black background.

Ogie’s statement highlights a different perspective on how the protest could be framed. Rather than focusing on ouster calls, he encouraged rally-goers to demand collective action against corruption, suggesting that the President himself should join the movement for reform.

It is worth noting that in Metro Manila, two major gatherings are planned. The first will take place at Luneta at 9 a.m., serving as the initial assembly point for protesters. By the afternoon, a larger demonstration will be staged at the People Power Monument in Quezon City at 2 p.m. This event, which organizers have dubbed the “main event,” is being called the Trillion Peso March.

Supporters and participants, including notable personalities, have expressed their solidarity through social media posts in recent days. Many have emphasized that the protest is not just about political leadership but about ensuring transparency and accountability in government.
