Actress and TV host Donita Rose, alongside her husband Felson Palad, recently appeared on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda where she candidly shared details about their relationship. Donita admitted that being ten years older than Felson was initially a big deal for her, but eventually, she realized their love mattered more than numbers. “Pero I fell in love with him already, e. And then I realized, ‘Wait, it doesn’t feel like there’s an age gap and if he’s okay with it, and I’m okay with it, then it doesn’t really matter,’” she said.

The actress also opened up about getting a facelift years ago, recalling that Felson supported her to go through with it. “Sabi niya (Felson), ‘Mahal, kung issue sa ‘yo ‘yan, ‘wag ka mag-alala, may kapatid ako na pwedeng ayusin lahat ‘yan.’ So sabi ko, ‘Sige, let’s do it.’ Might as well because when I’m 60, he’s gonna be 50, gusto ko medyo pantay-pantay, people won’t be questioning our age gap,” Donita shared.

Their revelations showed the couple’s openness about love, beauty, and embracing their differences. Donita emphasized that despite the age gap, what truly matters is the joy, respect, and partnership they continue to share in their marriage.

JP is her only son with former husband Eric Villarama and has now officially left the nest. Donita, now married to gospel musician Felson Palad, lives in the US and often shares about her journey through motherhood and faith.

Last April, Donita admitted she wasn't able to hold back her emotions as she watched Candy Pangilinan's vlog with her son, Quentin, who had an outburst. Upon seeing Candy crying and admit that she was tired and drained, made Donita emotional. In the comment section, Donita penned a short note about Candy's video.
