Veteran comedian and actor Dennis Padilla marked a special family milestone this week as he greeted his son, Gavin, on his 13th birthday through a heartfelt social media post.

The birthday celebrant is Dennis’ son with his former partner Linda Marie Gorton. She resides in Australia with her and the comedian's kids–Gavin and Maddie.

In a short Instagram reel posted on Friday, August 29, Dennis extended his warm wishes to his son.

Facing the camera, he said: "Hi, Gavin. Happy happy birthday anak. I miss you. I love you so much."

"Binata ka na," Dennis continued as he marked the beginning of Gavin's teenage years.

"See you soon," he added, expressing his desire to see his son in the near future and spend time with him.

The post was accompanied by a caption that reflected the comedian’s love and prayers for his son.

"Love you Gavin... Happy 13th birthday... God bless you more," he affectionately wrote.

Dennis Padilla, born Dennis Esteban Dominguez Baldivia on February 9, 1962, is a Filipino entertainer known for his work as a comedian and actor. He is the son of the late comedian Dencio Padilla. Over the years, he has been featured in numerous films and television series, showcasing his versatility as a performer.

In his personal life, Dennis was married to actress Marjorie Barretto from 1995 until their annulment in 2009. The couple has three children: Julia, Claudia, and Leon. Dennis is now estranged from his children with Marjorie.
