In a post that touched many of his followers, Ice uploaded a photo of himself by the tomb of his late parents, accompanied by an emotional caption expressing his love and longing for them.
In his caption, Ice expressed how much has changed in the way he relates to his parents since their passing.
“I visited mama and daddy today. Iba pa rin. Ang kaibahan lang siguro ngayon, I can freely tell them kapag mabigat ang puso ko,” he wrote, recalling that when they were still alive, he often chose to keep his burdens to himself.

The singer admitted that back then, he often chose to hide his struggles to avoid causing them worry.
Dati kasi, hindi ako nagsasabi sa kanila dahil ayokong magalala sila. Ngayon, malaya na akong sabihin ang mga nasa saloobin ko,” he continued, describing the sense of freedom he now feels when speaking to them at their resting place.
