“Frustration ko talaga makapag tapos ng schooling kahit paunti-unti. Im already 27 pero ngayon ko lang sya na-achieve. Pero sabi nga nila, never too late when it comes to education and the eagerness to learn more,” she expressed.
The actress detailed how she went through four “jump exams” for different grade levels.
“Since grade school, naka 4 na jump exam nako sa ALS (grade 2 pumasa, grade 5 pumasa, grade 7 pumasa) and thank God 1x palang ako nag fail.”
“Super laking tulong talaga ng ALS program lalo na sa mga out of school youth at gusto pa rin makatapos ng pagaaral like me pero mas priority ang tunay na buhay,” she continued, expressing deep gratitude to the program for providing opportunities to learners like her who had to put education on hold due to life circumstances.
The actress, who is mostly seen in GMA Network, also acknowledged the people who supported her throughout the journey.
“Special thanks to Maam Melissa Serano na hindi napagod sakin at sumuko na lagi akong ipush para makapag tapos. And syempre, mga tumayong family ko kahapon. Aylabyu guys! Lam nyo na yon.”
