It is worth noting that the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center and the media giant’s iconic tower are set to be demolished following the sale of a portion of the company’s property in Quezon City to Ayala Land Inc.
Before his flight to the United Kingdom for a TFC event, Jed took the opportunity to pose for a snap with the tower.
He then shared the heartwarming photo on Instagram and wrote an emotional caption.

“Took this photo last night after ASAP taping because the iconic ABS-CBN tower might not be there when I get back,” he wrote. “Flying out to the UK today for the TFC Barrio Fiesta in Birmingham.”
The singer-songwriter went to earnestly convey his pride in being a loyal Kapamilya.
“I've always been a flag carrier of ABS-CBN in every part of the world and I am proud to be Kapamilya. My loyalty can never be questioned because isang tawag lang sa akin, pag pwede sa schedule, yes agad.”
The OPM artist likewise shared his deep love and support for the media giant, which he has cherished as his home and family for over 20 years.
“It has been my home and my family for more than 2 decades and I've always kept that in my heart. No matter what. Andito lang ang isang JED MADELA para sa pamilya.”

Jed Madela is a Filipino singer, recording artist, songwriter, and TV host. He became well-known for being the first Filipino to win the World Championships of Performing Arts title.
It is worth noting that Jed just marked his 48th birthday on Monday, July 14.
In a previous report by KAMI, Jed Madela admitted in an interview with Toni Gonzaga that he reached a point in 2021 where he thought of not singing anymore. According to the singer, he felt that he was no longer happy with the way that the industry was treating him. He also felt that he was no longer needed by the industry, admitting that he thought people prefer the younger ones. Jed also said that he felt that he gave what the industry wanted from him, which is why he felt that there was nothing amiss from his end.
Last year, Jed Madela paid a visit to Kris Aquino and her sons, Josh and Bimby, in the US. The singer took to social media to post lovely photos showing glimpses of the heartwarming visit. In the caption, Jed expressed how pleased he was to see the Queen of All Media again. The prominent musician also said they had a lot of catching up to do.
