In a heartfelt Instagram post, Gutierrez reflected on what the site has meant to her and countless others, not just as a workplace but as a symbol of dreams, dedication, and the spirit of Filipino storytelling. Her message resonated with fans and colleagues alike:

“To community, service, hard work, and dreams come true. Since it was announced that the property would transfer ownership, I’ve been hoping that somehow the ABS-CBN tower would be preserved and integrated into the next development like a landmark. Imagine shops or dining around it, everyone allowed to take photos. But, daydreams aside, I pay tribute to an iconic symbol that has touched all our lives. No matter what, home is a feeling anyway.”

The towering steel transmitter, once a beacon of Philippine broadcast excellence, stood tall over Mother Ignacia Avenue for decades, becoming one of the most recognizable landmarks in the city. For many Kapamilya artists, employees, and fans, it symbolized the network’s legacy of public service and excellence in entertainment.

Gutierrez, who transferred to ABS-CBN in 2020, has since become one of the network’s most visible talents, starring in a number of critically acclaimed shows and films. Her tribute captured the sentiments of many who grew up watching or working at the network, especially in the wake of its 2020 franchise denial and subsequent downsizing.

The sale of the ABS-CBN property to another company marks a new chapter, but for Gutierrez and many others, the memories and values shaped within those walls will remain. As she poignantly put it, “Home is a feeling anyway”—a reminder that while buildings may change hands, the stories, dreams, and spirit they held will live on.

Janine Gutierrez is a Filipina actress, model, and TV personality. She was born on October 2, 1989, and her parents are actress Lotlot de Leon and actor-singer Ramon Christopher Gutierrez. She is a former Kapuso star but is now an exclusive artist of ABS-CBN.

Previously, Janine shared sweet memories with her dad in a touching tribute. The post includes both recent snaps and nostalgic throwback pictures. Netizens then flood the comments with love and Father's Day greetings. Moreover, the actress' boyfriend, Jericho Rosales, reacted to the post with heart emojis.

In another report, Janine also took to social media to greet Lotlot de Leon on Mother’s Day. On her Instagram page, Janine shared a set of lovely photos of her and her siblings with their mom. In the caption, the Kapamilya star reiterated her love for Janine. Lotlot then left a comment expressing her gratitude to her daughter.
