It is worth noting that the ABS-CBN Tower is set to be demolished following the sale of part of the media giant’s property in Quezon City.

In her heartfelt post published on Saturday, July 12, Anne shared a set of heartwarming photos. Her carousel post includes snaps showing her and her fellow “It’s Showtime” hosts posing before the iconic tower.

In the caption, the Kapamilya A-list celebrity earnestly bid farewell to the historic tower. However, she stressed that the memories it gave them will last.

“It’s showtime! Saying goodbye to the iconic tower but not to the memories Showtime has made from its broadcast,” her moving caption reads.

ABS-CBN is one of the leading media companies in the Philippines. Its 25-year franchise expired on May 4, 2020 and the Committee on Legislative Franchises of the House of Representatives officially rejected on July 10 its bid to secure another franchise.

Anne Curtis-Smith is a Filipino-Australian actress and television host. She began her career at a young age and has since become one of the most influential figures in the Philippine entertainment industry. She gained prominence through various television roles, including appearances in "Hiram," "Maging Sino Ka Man," and "Dyosa." Since 2009, she has been a mainstay host of ABS-CBN's noontime variety show, "It's Showtime."

As previously reported by KAMI, Anne Curtis and Joshua Garcia’s upcoming series, “It's Okay to Not be Okay,” will soon be available on Netflix. Star Creatives then dropped a poster of the highly-anticipated local adaptation of the hit Korean drama. Netflix has announced that the series will be launched on the streaming service on July 18. In the comments section of Star Creatives’ post, a netizen seemed to have questioned Anne and Joshua’s pairing. The actress and celebrity mommy later wrote a calm response.

In another earlier report, Anne Curtis’ agency, Viva Artists Agency (VAA), warned the public about a deepfâke video of the famous actress. The agency took to its social media page to express alarm over the manipulated use of the TV host's likeness on a Facebook page called "Investment Illumination." VAA stressed that Anne is not connected in any way to the said Facebook page. The label said it will seek legal action against the creator of the video. Furthermore, the agency urged all netizens to stay vigilant amid the spread of fake online content.
