Athlete-turned-politician James Yap recently marked the 7th birthday of Cici, his daughter with his Italian partner Michela Cazzola.

He then took to social media to dedicate an affectionate post to the little girl.

On his Instagram page, @jamesyap18, James shared a carousel post containing lovely photos of the birthday girl.

In the caption, the basketball star penned his short yet heartfelt message to Cici.

“Happy 7th Birthday to my one and only daughter, my precious Cici!” he wrote, wishing his lovely child a happy birthday.

He went on to air how much he loves his unica hija.

James Yap was the ex-husband of Kris Aquino. The latter, is a Pinay actress, TV host, producer, endorser, and businesswoman. She was born on February 14, 1971, to former Senator Benigno "Ninoy" S. Aquino, Jr. and former President Corazon “Cory” C. Aquino. Kris‘s former romantic partners include action star Philip Salvador, comedian Joey Marquez, and basketball superstar James Yap. She and Philip have a son named Josh. Kris and James have a son named Bimby. The two boys are very affectionate towards their mother.
