On X, formerly Twitter, the “Beauty Empire” actress sweetly wished David happiness and good health.

“Happy birthday, alexander @davidlicauco. Sana palagi kang happy & healthy,” the Kapuso Primetime Princess wrote.

The 27-year-old gorgeous celebrity further expressed pride in the “Pambansang Ginoo.”

“Always proud of you,” she fondly told the actor.

David later replied to Barbie, expressing his earnest gratitude to the actress.

Barbie Forteza is a Kapuso actress known for her excellent performances in the series Nita Negrita, The Half Sisters, That's My Amboy, Inday Will Always Love You, Maria Clara at Ibarra, Pulang Araw, and many others. She entered showbiz in 2009, and her first project was to play the role of young Jodi in the local adaptation of the popular Korean drama Stairway to Heaven. Barbie was previously in a romantic relationship with fellow Kapuso artist Jak Roberto. She confirmed their breakup in January 2025.
