Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the longtime PBB host called out netizens who have been cursing at and threatening contestants on social media. Bianca reminded netizens to be sensitive and responsible as the subjects of their hate posts and negative comments are real people who have family and friends who love them outside the PBB house.
“Sa mga may serious threat or minumura ’yung mga housemates online… tandaan: totoong tao ‘yung pinag-uusapan ninyo, may totoong pamilya’t mahal sa buhay na nakakabasa ng pino-post ninyo,” Gonzalez wrote.
With emotions clearly running high, she questioned the motives behind such posts. “Is this really the kind of person na gusto n’yo maging? Bakit? And for what ’yung ganung post?”
Her comments come in the wake of the latest eviction night, where the duo of Klarisse De Guzman and Shuvee Etrata exited the house. Competing pairs AZ and River, and Dustin and Bia, were spared after garnering more public votes.
Gonzalez’s firm but heartfelt appeal quickly drew attention, with many fans echoing her call for empathy and responsible online behavior. As tensions rise in the popular reality show, her message serves as a reminder that behind every edited clip and social media trend are real people with real lives, families, and emotions.
