Filipina actress and comedian Ai-Ai delas Alas took to Facebook to share a heartfelt message about moving forward, following recent reports surrounding her estranged husband Gerald Sibayan’s U.S. green card application.

In her post, she thanked her loved ones for their support during difficult times and emphasized that she is ready to embrace the future with hope and healing.

“About my personal life … to the incredible friends and family who’ve stood by me through the hardest moments—thank you for your unwavering support, love, and patience. You’ve helped me find strength when I thought I had none. As I MOVE FORWARD, there’s no looking back. I’ve CLOSED that chapter, and while the past shaped me, it’s time to embrace the FUTURE with hope and healing. I’m ready for what’s next, with gratitude for those who’ve helped me rise. Delas Alas’s statement comes after reports surfaced that her petition for Sibayan’s green card had been automatically revoked. In an earlier Facebook post, Delas Alas confirmed the reports.

The couple’s separation was made public in November 2024, when delas Alas revealed that Sibayan had ended their relationship via text message.
