Important new updates on the case of the disappearance of Miss Grand Philippines 2023 contestant Catherine Camilon have been provided by the Philippine National Police (PNP) in a press conference yesterday, November 13.

The PNP announced that four suspects have been charged with kidnapping and serious illegal detention charges. The suspects were identified as Police Major Allan de Castor, Jeffrey Magpantay, and two John Does.

Furthermore, possible blood and hair samples were found from the SUV found in Barangay Dumuclay, Batangas City. That vehicle is supposedly connected to the alleged kidnapping of Catherine, who was supposedly seen by two witnesses being moved by a group of men from one vehicle to another.

Authorities are still looking for a motive for the crimes. Based on their primary findings, Catherine allegedly was having a relationship with a police officer before she went missing on October 12.

Chin-Chin also shared an image showing details about her missing sibling, sharing that she is 26 years old, with a height of 5’6.” She then uploaded an image of Catherine’s vehicle and its plate number.

Her sister, Chin-Chin Camilon, expressed her great concern and love for the missing beauty queen and teacher. Chin-Chin also wrote a message to Catherine telling her to come home and surprise their mom, who is celebrating her birthday today. The sister shared last Friday that many people are extremely worried about Catherine since it is unusual for her not to message her family about her whereabouts.
