In the emotional message, Janna Dominguez expressed the family's grief, explaining that Yzabel had been hesitant to burden others with her health concerns, choosing to keep her feelings to herself. Just a day before her untimely demise, Yzabel had visited a doctor who gave a prescription, leading the family to believe that she would recover. However, her condition took a sudden and tragic turn.

Yzabel was at her condominium in Manila when she began experiencing severe breathing difficulties, with her caregiver, Yaya Iyn, by her side. Ate Iyn promptly contacted the family, who rushed to her side in Manila. Despite multiple attempts to revive her, Yzabel's life could not be saved.

“Sa sobrang ayaw nya nakaka abala ng ibang tao hindi nya sinabi samen mga nararamdaman nya.

“Nag pa check up sya the day before and doctor gave her meds na kaya iniisip namen ok na. Then bigla na lang ganon. She was at her condo in manila when she suddenly had a hard time breathing kasama nya Yaya ate Iyn nya that time. Ate Iyn called us kaya dumiretcho na kami agad ng manila.
