She then explained that she was already exposed to hard work when she was still young because her grandparents were also working hard every single day.

This was why she would let her daughter help so that she would already learn about hard work.
At the same time, Mariel was hoping that her daughter would also be "masipag" when she grows older.
"So i let her help out so she knows the value of hard work. Hopefully when she grows up masipag din siya proud of my baby girl naman."

According to Mariel, she considers those shirts and tarpaulins as her birthday and Christmas gift for Robin.
