Robin Padilla has openly admitted that he has already used the money they saved for their kids' education.
Just recently, KAMI learned that the action star talked about the hardships he and his wife, Mariel Padilla, are currently facing amid the pandemic.
In his online post, Robin began by sharing a positive note, "Mga kababayan kaya natin ito basta tulong tulong tayo."

He then went on to mentioned how he and his family are also having a hard time, "Hindi lamang po kayo ang hirap pati po kami sa aming tirahan ay masikip na masikip na ang sinturon sa pagtitipid.
"Ang mga savings ay naghihingalo na kaya't pati ang nakalaan para sa edukasyon ng mga bata ay nagalaw na pero patuloy pa rin naming itinatawid ang mga taong nasa pakpak namin, hangga't maaari ayaw namin sila maghirap kaya't ang aming mga sueldo ay diretso na sa kanila."
According to Robin, his wife, Mariel, even had to start her own business to help with their daily expenses.
"Ang asawa ko ay nag negosyo na rin para makatulong sa aming mga panggastos halos wala ng tulog sa kakaalaga sa pamilya niya at sa pag aayos ng karne niya pero kinakailangan niya kumilos."
At the end of his post, Robin went on to write that everyone can make it through the pandemic as long as everyone faces it together.
