Vladimir "Jamir" Garcia's live-in partner, Sojina Jaya Crisostomo, took to social media to express her grief over the death of the Slapshock vocalist.

On Thursday, November 26, news about the death of the Slapshock frontman broke the internet. According to the report from the Quezon City Police District, Jamir's cause of death was suicide.

Following the news of his untimely death, KAMI learned that Sojina recently went live on Facebook on Friday, November 27 in the afternoon to express her grief over the singer's death.

At the beginning of her live video, Sojina began by sharing that the late singer would not approve of what she is about to do and say.

"Gusto ko nang magsalita. Alam ko hindi gusto ni Jamir 'tong ginagawa ko sa ngayon pero dahil wala na siya, andito ako ngayon sa harap niyo, magsasalita ako."

Sojina also added, "Si Jamir yung tipo na kahit dinudurog ka na ng tao, ayaw pa rin niya magsalita. Ayaw na ayaw niyang ipagtanggol namin siya. Ayaw niya na madamay kami sa lahat ng problema niya na kinimkim niya lang."

The partner of the late singer then began to address the issue that caused a lot of pain and sadness in Jamir's life, "Simula nung pumutok yung balita na yun wala kayong narinig samin."

"Sa totoo lang, hindi niya na iniintindi yun mga pinupukol sa kanya. Yun mga binibintang sa kanya. Wala siyang pakialam na dun.

"Hindi niya lang po talaga matanggap yung mga taong minahal niya kayang gumawa sa kanya ng ganun. Alam niyo kung sino kayo. Mahal na mahal kayo ni Jamir pero anong ginawa niyo sa kanya?"

Sojina shared that she and Jamir chose to remain silent amid the issue that was being thrown at the late singer.

"Nanahimik kami dahil ayaw namin yung ginagawa niyo, dahil ayaw namin yung gusto niyo na pagpiyestahan at gawing circus ang buhay namin.

"Pero anong ginawa niyo? Nag-enjoy kayo. Nagpakawala kayo ng mga pekeng news, gumawa kayo ng mga pekeng istorya para lang mahila niyo pababa si Jamir. Napakasama niyo."

"Kaya nga nagpakamatay yung asawa ko dahil sa mga ginawa niyo eh," she also said at one point during the video.

At the end of her live video, Sojina said, "Tinuri kayong kapatid ni Jamir. Mahal na mahal kayo ni Jamir hanggang sa huling hininga niya.

"Dinibdib niya lahat dahil hindi niya kayang saktan kayo. Hindi niya kayang suklian yung pandedemonyo niyo sa kanya."

It can be recalled that back in October, the band disbanded after being in the music industry for 23 years.

The said disbandment was confirmed by Slapshock bassist Lee Nadela after the band's guitarist, Jerry Basco, filed an estafa case and qualified theft against the late singer.

Vladimir "Jamir" Salenga Garcia was the frontman of the Filipino heavy metal band, Slapshock, which was first formed back in 1997. The members of the band include Lee Nadela, Chi Evora, Lean Ansing, and Jerry Basco.

Earlier, Jamir's partner, Sojina Crisostomo, shared a couple of messages on social media regarding the untimely death of the Slapshock singer. In her post, Sojina expressed how much she loved the late singer.

Aside from this, hosts of the noontime show, It's Showtime, paid tribute to the late singer on their respective social media accounts following his death.
