Patch Magtanong finally speaks up after failing to win Miss International crown

Bea Patricia Magtanong has decided to air her thoughts after she failed to bring home the seventh Miss International crown for the Philippines.

KAMI learned that the Pinay beauty queen represented the country in the said prestigious pageant which took place in Tokyo, Japan on November 12.

Despite her jaw-dropping performance, the prominent model from Bataan was not able to win the title but she ended up being one of the 8 finalists.

In an interview with the press after the pageant, Patch stated that she is very happy for Miss Thailand for winning the highly-coveted crown.

The registered lawyer also mentioned that she did her best during the trending event and she was able to do everything that she wanted.

“It’s not for me. It’s for Thailand. It’s Thailand’s first crown. I’m very happy… Close kami. Wala akong masasabi. Masaya ako,” she quipped.

“Pagtapos ko ng speech ko tapos naitawid naman, sabi ko, ‘Okay na ako kahit anong mangyari. Nagawa ko na yung gusto kong gawin,’” she added.

Through the video uploaded by Raffy Abudanza, Patch did not forget to express her gratitude to her supporters for staying by her side throughout her Miss International journey.

She also emphasized that she does not regret anything that she did during the event, and that she is proud to have represented the Philippines.

“Maraming-maraming salamat sa inyong lahat. Kayo yung motivation ko. Minsan parang medyo iniisip ko na ‘Okay na ‘to, okay na ‘to.’ Pero naaalala ko na buong bansa yung dala ko. Yun yung nag ti-trigger sa akin to work hard,” she stressed.

“I did my very best. Kung tatanungin niyo ako, wala akong regrets. Sana nakita niyo yung efforts ko, na-appreciate niyo. Maraming-maraming salamat sa pagsuporta sa akin,” she concluded.
