The results of the 2019 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination has been officially released on October 21, Monday.
KAMI learned that the son of Senator Christopher “Bong” Go was among the topnotchers of the CPA board.
In a report by the ABS-CBN News, Christian Lawrence "Chrence" Go was top 3 and had a rating of 89.50% in the board exam.
The senator shared his proud moment as a father and pointed out that he was also the top 3 during the May 2019 elections.
"Nagkataon na pareho kaming top 3---ako noong nakaraang halalan at siya ngayon naman sa CPA licensure exams," Sen. Go said.
As reported by CNN Philippines, University of Santo Tomas (UST) graduate, Justine Louie Bautista Santiago, aced the exam with a rating of 90.33%.
Meanwhile, University San Carlos (USC) alumnus, Marlou Borbon Alinsonorin landed at the second spot with a rating of 89.67%.
Chrence Go is a former student of De La Salle University-Manila. He is the son of Sen. Bong Go who served as the long-time aide of President Rodrigo Duterte and served as the former Special Assistant to the President.
