After news of Sulli's death on Monday, family and friends of the K-Pop star received an outpour of sympathy and condolences from various artists and fans. Some celebrities got emotional and shared heartfelt messages on social media.

Jobin, one of the NORAZO duo, wrote an emotional message with a photo of a flower.

"I pray that you will not be cold on your way there. The world loved you!"

"I hope you will momentarily forget the hearts that hurt you because they have a hard time expressing love and that you will rest in peace."

"I felt great joy and pride just to be able to work in the same generation as you. Later on, let’s all meet on the stage of heaven and sing songs of joy without sadness"

Former Winner member Taehyun posted on Instagram a photo of Sulli with the caption "I will live with gratitude for your boldness and what you have achieved. I hope you will rest in peace."

Goo Hara, a former Kara member, said her farewell to Sulli by doing a live broadcast on Instagram.

According to Soompi's translations, a very emotional Hara said, "Sulli, I’m sorry that I can’t go because I’m in Japan. I’m so sorry that this is the only way for me to greet you. Go there and be well as you do what you really want to do. I’m going to do my best and try to live your share too, I’ll work hard. Everyone, I’m okay. Sulli and I were really close, we were like real sisters, and that’s why I wanted to speak to her like this so I turned on the live broadcast. I apologize. I’m sorry. Don’t worry, everyone. Sulli, goodbye.”

She also paid tribute to her close friend on Instagram.

DEAN, who released the song "Dayfly" with Sulli, posted on his Instagram Stories.

Numerous celebrities from different agencies have canceled their events, promotions and live broadcasts to pay respect to the singer-actress' death. Super Junior canceled their scheduled V Live broadcast for their comeback.

Sulli's former bandmates Amber Liu and Victoria Song postponed their activities. Taeyeon and IU, Sulli's close friends in the industry, also canceled their promotions for their upcoming albums.

KAMI reported earlier about the sudden death of the former f(x) member Sulli.

Sulli, or Choi Jinri in real life, was a South Korean actress, singer, and model. She played the lead character in the hit tv series "To the Beautiful You" which was also aired in the Philippines. "Hotel de Luna" is the last series she starred in.
