Regine Velasquez was a special guest on the ABS-CBN talk show “Tonight With Boy Abunda.”
KAMI learned that she talked to Boy Abunda about being discriminated at a Louis Vuitton store in New York.
In the same episode, it was revealed that Louis Vuitton has already responded to the discrimination incident.
According to the singer’s management, Louis Vuitton sent flowers to Regine after hearing about her unfortunate experience.
“Sa pintuan palang hindi ako pinapasok. Sabi niya, ‘No, I don’t think we have your size. Atsaka nakaharang talaga siya doon.
“Sa akin, okay, if you don’t want to entertain me, I’ll find somebody else [to accommodate me], at papakita ko talaga sa kaniya, bibilhan ko ‘yung tao na ‘yon. Iyon na lang ang comeback ko,” Regine told Boy.

Regine Velasquez is considered as one of the most established and prominent singers in the country now. She made noise late last year because of her decision to transfer to ABS-CBN and become part of a variety show. The singer is married to Ogie Alcasid.
