Alden Richards shared in an interview with GMA News that he has a crush on Lalisa Manoban or famously known as ‘Lisa’ of Kpop girl group ‘BLACKPINK’.
The actor officially became a K-pop fanatic when he visited Korea last August to receive his Asian Star Prize award in Seoul International Drama Awards.
During the Love Korea event that he attended, he shared that he had a fun experience in his visit to the country. According to the actor, he just fell in love with the it and its culture which made him decide to make plans of spending Christmas with his family there this year.
He said in the interview, “Sabi ko na parang, ‘Wow ang sarap naman dito [sa Korea].’”

“Kaya nung pagkauwi namin, kinausap ko 'yung family ko na we'll be spending Christmas there this year,” he added.
Aside from having great interest and adoring the Korean culture, Alden also became a K-pop fan and in fact was already attracted to Lisa of BLACKPINK. He admitted that he was hooked and admired the dancer and rapper of the famous K-pop girl group.
“Wow ang galing! Wow ang cute! Ang ganda niya!” he reacted.
“Wala na! Hanggang na-hook na ako kay Lisa,” he shared.
