Naging viral sa social media ang mensahe ng isang café sa Antipolo para sa mga customers ng GrabFood Philippines.

Nalaman ng KAMI na bigla na lang daw nag-cancel ang customer matapos maka-order ang GrabFood rider sa Sulok Café.

“Just a shout out sa lahat ng parokyano ng GrabFood PH. Wag kang kupal. Pag umorder ka, panindigan mo,” sabi sa Facebook post.

“Cancelling your order is just wrong especially when the rider already paid for it. Halos lahat ng sumasabak sa GrabFood ay may anak. They are working earnestly para lang may maiuwi sila na pang-tustos sa pamilya nila,” dagdag pa nito.

Ayon sa Facebook post, si Rodrigo, ang may-ari ng café ang mismong kumausap na sa customer ng rider.

Sinabi niya sa customer na na-process na ang order at naabonohan na ito ng rider nang mag-cancel siya. Pero dahil sa kagandahang loob ng may-ari, ibinalik na lang nila sa rider ang bayad at pinakain pa ito sa café.

“I decided to shoulder the expense and gave back the money the rider paid for it. They will eat it in my restaurant now,” sabi ni Rodrigo sa kanyang text sa customer.

Pinagsabihan din ng may-ari ang café ang customer na ‘wag na sanang maulit ito.

“Sana first and last 'tong incident na 'to. Wag mo gawin sa iba yung ayaw mo gawin sayo,” sabi sa post.
