Mocha Uson’s appointment by President Rodrigo Duterte as the new deputy executive director of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration was met with criticisms on social media.
KAMI learned that a couple of celebrities also expressed their frustration over the news.
One of them was Enchong Dee, who lamented on Twitter that elected officials supposedly do not follow the law.
“It’s discouraging to be a good citizen when the elected officials that implement the law fail to follow the constitution. #AkoLangTo,” the actor posted.
