A lot of social media users aired their thoughts about the speculation that Mayor Isko Moreno will portray an important role in the top-rating teleserye “Ang Probinsyano.”
KAMI learned that the rumor sparked when Coco Martin and the said politician had an appointment with each other recently to discuss certain matters.
According to the prominent Kapamilya actor, his meet up with the Mayor of Manila was regarding a project, but he decided not to disclose further details about it.
He also mentioned that Mayor Isko is one of his “idols,” and that they already worked together in one teleserye before.
“Actually, nahihiya ako eh. Biglang naging sobrang idol ko siya,” he quipped.
“Hindi pa naman po (preparation sa Batang Quiapo). Meron lang kaming project na pinag-usapan…” he added.

Because of their meet up and the recent statement of Coco, a lot of netizens speculated that the Mayor of the Philippines’ capital city will soon appear in “Ang Probinsyano.”
After hearing the rumor, some people in the online world claimed that they are excited to watch the popular politician, while others stated that Mayor Isko is too busy to be in a drama series.
