Isko Moreno, the Mayor of Manila, gave important pieces of advice during his speech at the 10th Commencement Exercise of the Mapua University.
KAMI learned that the tips he gave are related to love and romance.
In a report by ABS-CBN News (authored by Katrina Domingo), Moreno advised the fresh graduates to take it slow when it comes to falling in love.
“Don't hurry. Use your time. Utilize it in your favor. Sayang. Enjoy… 'Wag muna. 'Wag magmamadali. Iraos niyo muna ang inyong sarili,” he said.

Moreno also shared the advice about the love given to him by his own parents.
"Landi, landi mo. Kere-kerengkeng ka diyan. 'Pag nakita kitang naligaw-ligaw, hihilahin ko 'yung buhok ng babae sa harapan ng bahay niya para ikahiya ka niya.
"Anong nakakahiya? Nakakahiya 'pag wala kang mapalamon 'pag nabuntis mo 'yan.
"Walang masamang mag-ibigan. Ang masama ay hindi mo tanggapin ang reyalidad ng lipunang inyong kakaharapin,” he said.
