Rapper Loonie or Marlon Peroramas in real life, alongside four other suspects, were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Makati City.

As reported by ABS-CBN News (authored by Jeffrey Hernaez), the five of them were apprehended in the parking area of a hotel situated in Brgy. Poblacion, Makati City.

KAMI learned that they were already under surveillance a month before getting arrested.

Seized from them were a box containing fifteen sachets of high-grade marijuana and buy-bust money.

Furthermore, Loonie denied that he owned the aforementioned illegal drugs.

“Hindi totoo lahat ng parating sa akin. Hindi po samin yan. Hindi po sa akin yan," stated.
"Iyong pera po at saka yung lahat ng mga nasa sachet, hindi po sa akin ‘yan. Pumunta po kami dito para sa batang may cancer. Nanggaling pa po ako sa radio interview kanina, dumiretso po 'ko dito tas bigla na lang ganon," he added.

Loonie is a famous rapper who popularized the songs 'Balewala', 'Pilosopo', and 'Tao Lang'.
