Ang dalawa sa apat na pasaherong nahuli sa video na nananakit ng Grab driver ay inaresto na ng pulis.

Sinaktan nila ang driver dahil hindi niya pinayagang limang tao ang sumakay sa kanyang kotse.

Ang dalawang inaresto ay sila Jan Mercado, 25, at si Rhea Sangil, 23, ayon sa report ng Manila Bulletin (iniulat ni Alexandria San Juan).

Physical injury at malicious mischief ang mga kasong posibleng ipataw laban sa kanila.

Ayon naman sa Netizen Express, magkasintahan daw sila Mercado at Sangil. Ipinakita rin ng Raffy Tulfo in Action ang mug shots ng dalawa.

Nangyari ang insidente sa pagitan ng apat na pasahero at ng Grab driver sa Apollo Street, Barangay Del Monte, Quezon City, noong Lunes.

Ang Grab driver na sinaktan ay si Reynaldo Tugade, 47, na siya ring kumuha ng video ng insidente. Ipinaliwanag ni Tugade na hindi maaaring lumagpas ng apat ang pasahero ng isang Grab car dahil ito ay itinuturing na overloading.
