Many areas in Luzon have announced class suspensions for today, September 9, 2019.
KAMI learned that the bad weather was brought by the southwest monsoon or habagat.
Here is the list of class suspensions, as reported by the ABS-CBN News:
- San Fernando City
- San Gabriel
- San Juan

As reported by the GMA News Online, the southwest monsoon is now affecting the Northern and Central Luzon on Monday.
The southwest monsoon is expected to bring rainshowers in the said areas. Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley Region, Central Luzon, and Rizal.
