Senator Bato dela Rosa has weighed in on the issue regarding women sharing comfort room with transgender women.

KAMI learned that Dela Rosa has been looking out for possible abuse and harassment if the SOGIE bill would be passed.

"What if isang lalaking manyak, magsuot ng pambabae, mag-pretend to be a bakla, papasok doon sa CR, pwede syang mangharass," Dela Rosa said.

"Are our sisters and daughters safe doon sa bathroom? May anak din akong babae, mamaya mangyari iyan sa anak kong babae, bosohan sa CR,” he added.

However, LGBT group Ganda Filipinas President Naomi Fontanas claimed that there has been no proven case yet about transgender women harassing females.
