Dayanara Torres shared a video on social media which is both heartbreaking and uplifting.
KAMI learned that the clip shows Dayanara undergoing treatment, possibly chemotherapy, for her skin cancer.
The video shows the former Miss Universe winner staying positive and hopeful despite her condition. She also thanked her family and friends for being with her in her difficult time.

Months ago, Dayanara revealed that she was diagnosed with skin cancer.
"Today I have some sad news... I have been diagnosed with skin cancer 'melanoma' from a big spot/mole I never paid attention to, even though it was new, it had been growing for years and had an uneven surface."
"Now we are waiting to see which treatment I will be receiving but they have already removed a big area from the back of my knee and also they have removed two lymph nodes at the top of my leg where it had already spread. Hoping it has not spread to any more areas or organs,” she said.

In a previous report by KAMI, Dayanara had a reunion with her former husband Marc Anthony.
After winning the Miss Universe 1993 title, Dayanara Torres worked as an actress and performer in the Philippines. She then went abroad and got married to singer Marc Anthony in 2000 until they separated in 2002. They have two kids named Cristian Anthony Muñiz and Ryan Anthony Muñiz.
